Achievements this period

• Finally managed to meet with supplier and an agreement on the build was reached along with new dates for the project agreed
• Servers have now been ordered  - 1-2wk lead time so expected at the beginning of November
• Originally were expecting to have to build
  • 2 x Test MariaDB (mariadb-ocs-kb1test & mariadb-ocs-at1test)
  • 1 x Test App Server (ocs-app-test)
  • 2X Live MariaDB (mariadb-ocs-kb1live & mariadb-ocs-at1live)
  • 1 x Live App Server (ocs-app-live)
• But DevTech have since discussed with the Supplier and are now planning to use Docker containers and this has reduced the servers down to two

  • ocsinventory-live

Issues

• Due to supplier being unable to attend the initial meetings the build of the servers was delayed – but they have now been ordered
• Revised milestones were therefore agreed and submitted to AppsReview

Next Steps

• Completion of server build
• Supplier to update OCS on Test
• CAHSS to test the TEST environment
