Impact and Dependencies

The project is dependent upon ITI colleagues being able to deliver the containerisation infrastructure within the project timescales. There is a risk that due to resource constraints they may not be able to achieve this. Should this risk materialise then, as a contingency plan, it is proposed that these elements be managed and delivered by Development Technology and the scope of the project for containerisation will be as a proof of concept only. If these items are delivered as a proof of concept the Stakeholder Meeting 13 December made a decision that they will not be moved to a production environment. 

There are other documented Python requirements, which due to budget constraints this project will not deliver. There is however a follow on project for 17 / 18.

Project Assumptions and Constraints

Project requirements and constraints will be managed on a continuous basis by normal agile project management practices.

The Product Owner directed that Personas are not required to be included within this brief.
