After an incident in March 2017, where the Bamboo platform suffered a security incident, IS engaged in a very costly exercise to change all passwords that Bamboo stored.  There is now an urgent requirement to develop an alternative method of handling passwords for automated deployments using Bamboo and in effect securing the deployment pipeline, this project looks to address this.
