Achievements this Period 

  • PICCL raised to suspend the project.
  • Meeting to discuss project between Dev Services Management and ISG Portfolio Manager and INF Programme Manager.

 

Issues

  • The impact of COVID19 has led to a review of review of projects given the reduction in available resources. This review has led to some projects being listed for suspension/deferment. This project was initially marked for a 3 month suspension / possibly to be project managed by Development Services. However,  in a subsequent meeting between Dev Services Management, ISG Portfolio Manager and INF Programme Manager it was proposed that the SVN repository be set to ReadOnly, preventing any more code to be added to it, and requiring any projects requiring access to the code to include the migration to GIT int the scope of those projects.

  •  Withdraw project.
