Project Governance

  • Regular project meetings will be set up to monitor progress
  • Keeping any impacted business areas informed of timescales for when the upgrades will take place and the databases will be down
  • Monthly project reporting
  • Regular maintenance of the Risk Log including escalating any risks that become issues to the Programme Manager / Project Sponsor where necessary
