Achievements in Last Period

  • All upgrades successfully completed with no issues experienced by users.
  • Delivery milestone completed.

  • The Disaster Recovery documentation has been reviewed and updated in readiness for a Disaster Recovery test of Moodle.

  • The Closure Report has been updated to take account of progression of the remaining activities and comments received to date.

Issues

  • The Disaster Recovery procedure for MariaDB has never been undertaken before. As the documentation has been developed and tested, issues with the original documentation has been identified that has needed rectified. While the allocated resource is confident that this can be resolved, it will take additional time which may have an impact on the project budget. An issue has been raised and this has been escalated to the Programme Manager.
  • Resource availability has been tight due to annual leave and other project commitments. This has delayed progressing the Disaster Recovery work and may have an impact on the timescales for project closure.
