Resources, Skills and Costs

The project is estimated at 50 days of project management time with additional resource from project services intern. The intern's time will not be recorded to the project. 

Project Governance

The project manager will report in person to the SLT Operations meeting on the last Tuesday of every month. IN addition to this the project manager will prepare a high level report on weekly basis for SLT and report in person if escalation is required. 

The project will also adopt the standard project reporting process and adhere to Apps Governance procedures with QA through Apps WIS.
