• IT Readiness Meetings are scheduled until July 2023
• Kick-off for Welcome Week Planning scheduled

• Student SYstems and Estates have not replied to initial comms, this will be followed up in the next reporting period.

Next Steps

• Start IT Readiness meetings
• Commence Welcome Week Planning including
  • Appoint workstream leads
  • Agree on the timeframe for key decisions
  • Reach out to Networks regarding WiFi approach this year 
  • Review media content for new students
