A key part of planning for ISG projects is knowing when schools and colleges have key activities going on, such as exams, start of term, etc. which may make deployment and changes to service

risky or not possible, or will mean lack of staff availability, and so on.

Each project often has to repeat the process of understanding this, year on year.
