Impact

Priority and Funding

This project is being core funded and is currently a Priority 2. However a request has been submitted to IS Apps WIS for approval to move to a Priority 1 due to the challenging timelines to introduce new application within this financial year 14/15 and prior to the new University semester commencing  in August 2015.

Impact and Dependencies

The timeline of this implementation project is constrained by the start of the academic year in Sept 2015 and has been scheduled for delivery by 3rd party supplier for the end of June 2015. Should there be a delay then a contingency date in July would be reviewed, confirmed and agreed by all parties to ensure no impact on the new semester year. Also project funding is available for this financial year 2014/15.
