This project is to optimise the procurement process for the supply, installation and maintenance of AV and IT equipment by implementing a procurement framework tailored to the needs of the university and our understanding of the supplier market.  Areas covered will ensure allocation of AV works over-time can be achieved with less administration for all parties, that more safeguards are in place to ensure the allocated work can be achieved, and that good practice is followed.
