This project will cover the initial 18 month process to prepare the application for the Centre for Research Collections to achieve Customer Service Excellence accreditation. The programme requires the CRC to provide evidence against 57 elements, and will involve all staff based at the CRC. Once the CRC has gained accreditation independently, it will drop in to the rolling programme of revalidation alongside Help Services.
