Work/Task Breakdown
- The facilities team are taking the lead on being the central focus point for all the workstreams through out the various departments
- Project Services will assist by providing some Project Management to assist Facilities in the co-ordination of the work required in those workstreams
The outline tasks for each area are included in the V1.1. project plan
Project Governance
Project Governance is being provided by the project Sponsor Jeremy Upton. This will be done through regular meeting and updates.
The project is also included in the Start of Term readiness reporting.

Project Estimations
It has been estimated that Project Services Time on this project will be 1.5 days per week over a 3 week period
