Achievements in Last Period
- Contract negotiations have continued throughout the month.
- Project Board meeting took place 19/01/17; members were updated on progress with the contract; some actions were agreed to carry some issues into the implementation project (MVM509).
- Procurement and legal expected work to be complete on the contract w/c 30/01/17 for approval by David Argyle and Gavin McLachlan.
Issues
- No major issues; contract negotiations still not complete; PM and Procurement Manager attempting to expedite the completion.
Next Steps
- Complete contract negotiations and get contract signed off by all parties.
- Agree (procurement) project closure.
The project current status is AMBER due to delays completing contract negotiations.
