Review annually the strategy for our teaching spaces, and the project management of the £500k per annum central university funding to support the student experience.

 

For 2016/17:

Identify the rooms to be upgraded and through input from MVM staff, prioritise these into realistic targets by campus area.

Obtain feedback from MVM staff on requirements for the prioritised rooms (i.e. how they would like to use the rooms and what facilities should be included) through campus meetings.

Design and implement the upgrades throughout the year, so that we move away from scheduling all work to be carried out during the summer months.
