Invitation to Tender Published 19th December 2016

I’m delighted to let you know that our project has been progressing well over the last few weeks.
I can confirm that the open procurement route was selected. The PIN was published on 25 November 2017 and the Invitation To Tender (ITT) was published on 19 December 2017. In the run-up period to the ITT a number of suppliers have registered interest, and were a hopeful that we will be able to procure an excellent solution which meets the needs of our students and staff.
The high level timeline is as follow:
- 23 January – deadline for bids
- 24 January to 10 February – Software demonstration(s)
- 13 to 24 February – Software Evaluation
- 20 February to 10 March – Software Testing
- 13 to 17 March – Selection
- 20 March to 14 April – Contract negotiation and award
