Overview

Background

Each year the College replaces the AV facilities in a number of teaching spaces across its estate.  We are trying to move to a 5 year replacement cycle, however this is dependant on available funding.  For financial year 2018/19 the replacements are below.

Scope

Complete AV upgrade of Kennedy Tower Division Lecture Theatre.

6 rooms in the Clinical Skills Centre within Chancellor's Building (including simulation manikins).

Rooms TBC in the Vet School.

Resolve 4K issue in Chancellor's Building Lecture Theatre A.

Objectives

To replace the AV installations in the above rooms within a timely manor and with the least amount of inconvenience to the users.
