Overview

Background

Each year the College replaces the AV facilities in a number of teaching spaces across its estate.  We are trying to move to a 5 year replacement cycle, however this is dependant on available funding.  For financial year 2019/20 the replacements are below.

Scope

Vet School room G45 camera system - this is a requirement from last financial year.

Completion of Western General Hospital Medical Education Centre Simulation Suite.

Complete AV upgrade of Greenfield Suite Main Computer Lab.

Complete AV upgrade of side rooms 4 and 5 in the Greenfield Suite.

Complete AV upgrade of seminar rooms 1-4 in the Henry Littlejohn Suite.

Various rooms within the Veterinary School - numbers of rooms to be confirmed as funding allows.

Objectives

To replace the AV installations in the above rooms within a timely manor and with the least amount of inconvenience to the users.
