MVM academic staff

  • MVM academic staff that are owners of content and users of the applications will need to engage with the project to review content to ensure its validity for teaching and to review/test converted content to ensure it is accurate.

 

MVM IT Staff

  • MVM IT Staff will need to provide support to academic colleagues in the completion of the proiect and in ensuring the ongoing governance of the application(s) and content therein. There is some licensed content that must be converted by the MVM IT staff.

 

LTW DLAM

  • The LTW DLAM team is needed to support the identification of the content within the current applications, and both external and internal usage of the systems/content on EROS. Theis team will also be required for agreeing the governance of new application(s) and content and ongoing maintenance cycles

 

LTW Interactive content team

  • The LTW Interactive content team's expertise is required to train and support students being recruited to complete the conversion of Flash content and to support external consultants that may required for the Harder Flash conversion content.

 

Unitemps team

  • The Unitemps service will be supporting the recruitment of staff to complete the Flash conversion work
  • The Head of IT has confirmed that the College Registrar will approve the cost of the additional staff to convert Flash content where an academic owner has been identified

Project Governance

This project will follow the standard project governance in Project Services.

Any changes to major milestones (Initiation, Planning, Delivery, Closure) will be approved by the Project Sponsor, Project Team and WIS.

Major milestones achievements and changes will be submitted to WIS for approval/noting as necessary.
