Achievements in this period

• Phase 2 build completed.
• UAT scripts written and testers recruited.

Issues

• The project manager/business analyst is leaving the University at the end of the year and a new project manager has not yet been assigned. There is a risk that the project could be delayed if a new PM is not assigned soon.
• Only seven users have volunteered to take part in UAT and there is a possibility that some will not find time to complete the tests. This means there is a risk that issues will not be identified during UAT. 

Next steps

• Carry out UAT.
• Address any issues identified through UAT.
