Project Services
The budget of 50 days from IS Apps Project Services will cover
- Project Management
- Business Analysis
Learning, Teaching & Web - Digital Learning, Applications and Media (LTW DLAM)
- The LTW DLAM team will create a system design from the Business Requirements, and develop the new BMS Honours Portal
BioMedical Teaching Organisation (BTMO)
- As the main administrators of the BMS Honours Portal, the Student and Academic Services Team will be involved throughout the requirements, testing and implementation phases of the project
Project Governance
- Initially the project team will meet every 2 weeks, and also at key milestone sign off e.g. end of planning, BRD and Design completion
- Team meetings during the development phase will be decided ahead of the phase starting
