The project brief will be defined as part of a wider discussion when the project is initiated with a Project Manager, but this project is to:
Review the administration processes which we use across the College, and identify best practice opportunities to reduce the administration overhead, and also work with the Research Data Management (RDM) team, Research Support Office and Research Support Services to enhance these processes and adopt common approaches where applicable.
27 March 2019: Decision to withdrawn the project has been agreed at the Programme Review Monthly Meeting - March 2019. The business is not yet ready for this and a lot of background is needed in several areas before this work could start.
