Investigate opportunities for common working and adoption of changes to support the Corporate Business systems and services across our campus locations and departments.
This project will provide a High Level review of critical & key areas/services to indentify the IT//IT Services and relate these to business needs and provisions in CMVM. Once key elements have been identified and an appropriate Business Plan drawn up these will be spun off and give their MVM code & prioritised against the Programme. Assigning of a PM will be applied at the relevant time.

This project was seen as too generic and required a more precise review of the Business Planning. It has been withdrawn and a discussion will take place a the next Programme Board meeting how better to take the business opportunities forward
10 December 2018: Agreement reached at the monthly programme meeting to withdraw this project.
