The project brief will be defined as part of a wider discussion when the project is initiated with a Project Manager, but this project is to:

Review the financial costs of IT implementation in CMVM and work on a clear portfolio for the next two cycle periods (ten years)

20 August 2019 - Decision taken at the monthly programme meeting to withdraw this project. The work is now covered in BAU.
