Achievements in Last Period

• FNS (Provet) on site 23/02/17.
• Discussion with Provet on project governance, tools, meetings, comms etc. Tim King has agreed to deputise for David Argyle as Project Sponsor, and to chair Project Boards as required, with David remaining Executive Project Sponsor.
• Discussion with business on authentication and identity management.
• Provet have provided a demo platform populated with UoE data, Vet staff to be given access following signing of contract.
• Provet have requested access to Tristan data to enable more efficient working with Vet staff on checking data and verifying iterations of the data migration; awaiting agreement on approach with IS campus IT support team.
• Online meeting to be scheduled w/c 06/03/17 to go through planning with Provet, mainly focussed on functional (customisation) work.
• Discussion with Development and Production teams on resourcing and priority of the non-functional work required; planning and estimation meetings pencilled in w/c 06/03/17 on assumption that MVM009 contract agreed and ready for signing.

Issues

• No major issues; further delays to planning due to dependency on MVM009 contract agreement, although final version of contract ready w/c 27/02/17 passed for signing by David and Gavin.
• We have requested Provet's top level plan for the sprints for the customisation work; this remains outstanding and until we have sight of this the milestones cannot be agreed.

Next Steps

• Re-calibrate milestones following FNS visit 23/02/17 and online meeting 06/03/17.
• Complete planning.
• Review budget, resourcing, timeline and milestones.

The project current status is AMBER due to dependency on MVM009 contract.
