  • Project closure report in draft pending signoff from Project Sponsor.
  • Awaiting decision on budget for follow-on project which will determine whether outstanding non-critical tasks are carried over.

Issues

  • No major issues.
  • PM availability remains an issue due to commitments across projects.
  • UoE user feed UAT incomplete so this work on hold pending a potential follow-on project; this work was not critical or contractual.
