Achievements in Last Period

  • Handover tasks mostly complete. Financial overview provided for R(D)SVS budgetting for the Provet service.
  • Draft proposal for follow-on project approved by MVM Programme Managers.

Issues

  • PM availability remains an issue due to commitments across projects. Significant additional PM effort was required on SMI022 and SMI024 in May to ensure completion of contracts on those projects.

Next Steps

  • Agree carryover of specific tasks to follow on project.
  • Close implementation project.
