The project brief will be defined as part of a wider discussion when the project is initiated with a Project Manager, but this project is to:

Review the most appropriate approaches to help ensure our staff have the required digital skills to best use new technologies, and ensure that our staff have a solid platform to adopt positive IT change.  This includes a review of training, lynda.com, documentation etc.

[Sept 2018] - The programme manage will highlight this project to the programme board during Oct to make a choice.

10 December 2018: Agreement reached at the monthly programme meeting to withdraw this project.
