Each element will either be added as a milestone or where approporaite spun off into an individual project

Update August 2019 - Agreement to withdraw this project as this work is now mainly covered by CIS014 Network Infrastructure Deployment and the rest is now covered by BAU, as recorded in the Programme Review Monthly Meeting - August 2019
