Developer was reassigned to other DLAM work and was not able to make planned progress. This has caused further delay to delivery and has also impacted the 20/21 MVMLAT programme of work as this project should have been finished. Work is being prioritised to conclude and at programme level, looking at how to manage the impact to the 20/21 plan.
