- Provisional grouping/distilling/mapping of bioQuarter activities to user services.
- Lack of resource availability within the ITIL team delaying decisions, direction and work on:
- Submission/request process for new service entries into the IS Service Catalogue.
- How CMVM IT Services will be differentiated and viewed/filtered in the IS Service Catalogue.
- Drafting a couple of initial test CMVM IT services.
- Review BioQuarter activity mappings to user services with bioQuarter IT staff.
- Draft a couple of CMVM IT services in liaison with ITIL team and appropriate CMVM IT staff.
- Seek clarification on mechanism to view only CMVM specific IT services in the Service Catalogue.
