Achievements
- Project re-planned with delivery now set for the 13th of May.
- Recording of videos planned with the media production studio.
- Content writing restarted with the aim of having all content finished by mid April.
Issues
- Issue: due to time pressures from within the academic team, the finalisation of the content writing had to be postponed. Impact: As a result, the project has been delayed by a month. A new delivery date has been set. Next steps: Track progress through meetings to gauge if the team can make the newly-set milestone dates. Keep team informed of next steps and the actions they need to complete to be able to finish the project on time for the new delivery date.
Next Steps
- Record course video.
- Plan marketing meeting and discuss and document marketing strategy.
- Get sign off on all course content.
- Continue to build out the course in FutureLearn.
