This project will look to encompass the year end process within Asta and allow it to be managed and documented as if its own project.

The Project will:

• Ensure that all stakeholders are aware of the timeline required for Asta year-end.
• Co-ordinate the various parties involved in the process - Director's office, Asta admin team, Project Services.
• Minimise the impact that year end process has on day to day Asta users.
