This will be led predominantly from the consultation meetings where actions will be identified and outcomes delivered as required. On this basis, tasks and resources will be outlined initially but will be subject to continuous review and updating.
Initial Tasks
Set up initial meeting with Payroll and Pensions to identify the best points of contact for the stakeholder group and estimate resource requirements 19 Dec. 14
Agree representatives on stakeholder group Dec. 14
Share project brief at P & P for agreement from HR Exec members Dec.14
Set up 4 x 2hr meetings for Stakeholder Group in Jan. 15 to develop processes and documentation - Include contingency planning for either statutory pay or enhanced and statutory length of service or removal of LoS criteria
Agree processes with stakeholder group by 2nd Feb. 15
Agree communications plan with stakeholder group by Feb. 15.
Collate data for people Committee Jan / Feb 15
Implement communications / training plan from 2nd Feb. 15
Develop relevant employee/manager's guidance from 2nd Feb. 15
Next Phase
Await decision on length of service criteria and pay from relevant University Committees
Develop a Policy based on decisions from University Committees from Mar/Apr. 15
