This project will look to encompass the year end process within Asta and allow it to be managed and documented as if it is its own project.

This project will enage with other areas of APPS who use ASTA to get their contributions and comments on aspects of the project that may affect them.

The Project will:

• Ensure that all stakeholders are aware of the timeline required for Asta year-end.
• Co-ordinate the various parties involved in the process - Director's office, Asta admin team, Project Services.
• Minimise the impact that year end process has on day to day Asta users.
