Physical inactivity and sedentariness are “silent killers”. This course is designed for people to learn how to monitor their own activity and set physical activity goals. It will feature various examples on how physical activity could be increased in various settings, such as neighbourhood, home or work, to help users incorporate change to best to their lifestyle.
