Decisions are taken on a daily basis regarding project and service delivery in IS Applications, and it is critical that accurate, quality management information (MI) is readily available to support this process.

Over a number of years we have developed reporting to provide the information, however we believe that this now needs to be reviewed and updated, both to react to changes in how we work and also to improve access to and quality of existing information.

The purpose of this project is to gather feedback on existing processes, and to then contribute to specifying and creating replacement management information. This will be done working with the Head of PMO.
