An investigation into whether the job adverts published by the School of Physics & Astronomy contain language that is "male" (e.g. challenging, team leader, dominant), or"female" (e.g. team player, communal, supportive). A further comparison will be made of the job applicants, to determine if the presence of biased language is having an effect on job recruitment.
