Lessons learned from previous projects

Previous intern-led projects identified stakeholder availability as the main risk to the project - to combat this, the Project Manager and the Key Stakeholder will remain in constant communication in order to highlight areas/periods of time where they are not available, giving the Project Team time to recruit another Business Analyst if need be.
