There are currently a wide array of templates used by the Project Services Group and although some of these are available on the Projects Website, more specific templates such as those used for business case, or options appraisal are not stored in one place. Additionally, some staff currently rely on outdated versions of these templates due to the lack of availability. This project will entail the creation of a SharePoint based toolkit of all of these templates for easy access and use by Project Services.
