ISG Applications (Apps) colleagues have previously had access to Testrail test management software at a cost per user. Apps now cover the cost of this, therefore, the product is complimentary for all Apps staff to conduct their testing. This project is to embed consistent usage of test management software (Testrail) into our project management processes with a focus on adoption in the Applications Directorate and with the intention that further work will be done to promote the tool across ISG and other areas in the University which are responsible for delivering projects in future. The PMO will develop user-friendly guidance and best practice documents to help staff navigate and manage their test results within Testrail. |
