All staff and pensioners currently receive paper payslips on pre-printed stationery monthly. This has significant costs in staff time devoted to the production of the paper payslips and in the cost of specialist stationery.
This project will deliver a method for staff on the main payroll to receive electronic payslips and P60s, allowing staff to access and print off their payslips and cost savings to the university.
Staff for whom delivering online payslips is not appropriate will still receive paper payslips.
