Apply annual HM Revenue and Customs (HMRC) legislative patches along with any security patches released by Oracle. This project will also cover any additional patches required to meet the universities legislative compliance
This is an annual compliance projects that must be progressed each year to ensure the University meets its statutory HMRC requirements. The Project includes;
- Outstanding mandatory security patches
- 11.2.0.4 will not be covered by PPP014 and is out of scope for PPP014
- Auto-re-enrolment patches will be required for April
- Data refresh (clone) of the database and application
- Outstanding pre-requisite patches needed for the Tax Year End patches
- Outstanding mandatory security patches
- All Mandatory Tax Year End patches and any agreed optional patches
- All Mandatory Scottish Rate of Income Tax patches and any agreed optional patches (as well as Welsh)
Consider
- 11.2.0.4 patching will be included in PPP013
- The most recent security patches will be included in the Security Patches Milestone
- Include HRCONF clone this year (start and/or end clones) - decision for Payroll and HR
