Proration is currently not configured in Oracle HCM.

This functionality is required to facilitate automated proration calculations.  Proration calculations are required when employee data changes within the monthly pay period.

Scenarios where a payroll calculation needs to be prorated include the following;-

• Starters
• Leavers
• Salary Change
• Hours Change
• Grade Change
• Allowance Change
• Pension Change
• Absence
