Replace current interface between PECOS and Efinancials

The current integration between PECOS and eFinancials was implemented by ABS and Cap Gemini. Cap Gemini’s responsibility was passed to Amor Business Technology Solutions with a limited handover. In particular, the GUI interface was not transferred to Amor. Amor now wish to redevelop the interface to remove the current support issues that they are encountering. This is expected to improve performance for the University.
