The University currently provides two eProcurement systems (PECOS and SciQuest) which are both supported by the Procurement Office. These systems have differing user bases, although a small percentage of users do use both systems.  There are also some duplicated software licence and maintenance costs involved in running two systems. This project is concerned with implementing the Procurement Office's aim is to have a single eProcurement system which they can focus effort on further developing functionality to meet users’ needs.
