Achievements in Last Period

• The performance issues raised by ERI have now been resolved. 
• Dev Services have been assisting Production Management with two support calls.  A change was put in place to stop users from refreshing their browser when moving a proposal through the workflow stage (which resulted in the proposal jumping a step).  Another fix has been made to prevent school users from adding data to the RGS job code fields (this fix due to go live 28/03/13).
• PM has asked ERI, RGS and Schools to sign off the deployment and move to closure.  The three school reps have signed off the deployment and ERI state that sign off will be given following the deployment on 28/03/13.

Issues

• ERI have stated that occaisional system crashes have been encountered.  Production Management are leading on investigations, with assistance from Dev Services.
• Deployment Sign Off still to be approved, hence Amber RAG.

Next Steps

• Approve DSOR.
