Issues

The project's proposal estimate of 15 days has already been exceeded.  This is due to:

• Additional effort required for skill transfer to, and learning curve of, a new Configuration Team resource assigned to code the system enhancements. 
• Scope added to resolve an issue identified in code that had previously been released for UAT testing.
• Scope added to investigate warning messages from the Person sync. 

The System Designer's project booking was lost to the HR system's R12 upgrade project.  As a result:

• The Project Brief has been delayed, as the Designer''s input is required for the revised estimates. 
• The release for UAT testing has been delayed, as the Designer is required for the peer testing.

Late in October, the project management was transferred from Adam Wadee to Jill Nicoll. 

The Business Manager has indicated that she may change the business requirements for the project's largest item.  If these requirements do change, then the budget will have to be further increased, first to remove the code changes that have already been completed, and then to code the new changes.
