Achievements in Last Period:

Changes to requirements coded, peer tested, and released for UAT in the Beta environment

Issues

Revised requirements, and the continuing unavailability of the Lead Developer, led to a delay in completing the build and releasing it for UAT testing in the Beta enviroment. 

The Business Area Manager has indicated that another requirement may be revised.  If confirmed, this requirement change would have to be estimated, and additional resources requested to complete it.  However, the project's Lead Developer is available only until 11th December.  After this date, she will be fully committed to a Priority 1 legislative project until February 2013.
