Description 

This document outlines the business requirements for the integration of RMAS with PURE, the University Research Information Management tool.

This is a sub-project of RES051, the RMAS Implementation Project.

RMAS is the University's new Research Management & Administration Sytem which will be provided by Worktribe on a cloud-based, hosted solution. The data feed from RMAS to PURE will replace the current data feed from Finance to PURE.

Requirement under ITT, Tab 9, Integration no 3 - "In addition to the mandatory integrations, the University also desires integration with the University's research information system (PURE)."

Objectives 

• Ensure that PURE receives at least the same information as is currently provided by Finance (Powerpad).
• Pass information from RMAS to PURE in a timely and accurate manner 

Dependencies and Constraints 

• this project will only provide what PURE currently gets not enhance any PURE functionality
• there is no budget for Atira costs (supplier of PURE).
• the new project views for PURE will be used when building the feed
• no changes will be made to the Finance/Powerpad system.
